Twisted Sister Stocking Caps

These hats are based on the pattern Tallinn Twist by Bev Pilarzyk. The ribbed design makes them quite stretchy and are intended to fit the head snugly. The hats should fit an average woman's head, of about 22" circumference. Any exceptions to this are noted. The corkscrew tassels add a bit of whimsy to the hats.
